LASH REMOVAL SERVICES MUST BE PURCHASED IF COMING FROM ANOTHER SALON OR LASH ARTIST WHO HAS APPLIED LASH EXTENSIONS PREVIOUSLY
*A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure new and full-set The Doll Room HNL lash extension appointments & will be deducted from the total price of these procedures (listed in the description of each service). This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about your appointment, which is not secured until your deposit is paid. Your deposit and appointment confirmation will be sent via email once it has been received.
For clients who are having touch-ups or fill services performed there will be no deposit collected. However, you must view & agree to our cancellation policy which is also listed in the description of each service. If you do not agree to our policies we are unable to secure an appointment for you.
By scheduling an appointment, you agree that you have read and fully understand our POLICIES.
**CANCELLATION POLICY: Please call our shop if you need to make any cancellations. Cancellations prior to 72 hours before you appointment time will be fully refunded of their deposit and no cancellation fee. For appointments cancelled within a 72 hour period, you will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee OR will not receive a refund of your deposit.
Same day cancellations: For same day cancellations, a fee of 100% of the services will be charged to the card on file or an invoice will be sent to the customer.
No call/no show: The Doll Room takes no shows very seriously. No shows will be handled as follows:
- If this is your first appointment with us - no rebookings will be made.
- If you are a return client:
- First offense: The Doll Room will waive your fee
- Subsequent offenses: The Doll Room will charge the100% fee of services booked to the card on file or will send an invoice.
